Dr. Bernadette Boozer
Dr. Bernadette Boozer is a licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, and clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience providing clinical care, consultation, supervision, and executive leadership within complex service systems. Her professional background includes extensive work in crisis services, where she has served in senior leadership roles while delivering and overseeing high-acuity, evidence-based interventions for children, adults, and families. She also provides clinical supervision to LMFTs, LPCs, LICSWs, and other pre-licensed mental health professionals seeking supervised hours toward independent licensure.

Dr. Boozer’s clinical and coaching practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, with areas of specialization that include trauma and stress-related disorders, anxiety, family and relational dynamics, grief and loss, and issues related to self-efficacy and identity. She partners with individuals and leaders who are committed to self-reflection, accountability, and intentional growth, and who are prepared to engage in structured, goal-oriented processes that support sustainable change.
